Ingredients
Serves 4
2 lbs of boneless pork (cut into 2” cubes)
3 carrots (cut into 2” pieces)
3 potatoes (peeled & quartered)
1 tbsp of Sazón
2 tbsp of Sofrito
1 tbsp of gravy master
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 tbsp of olive oil
Step by Step Preparation
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Coat both the pork and vegetables with a cup of water.
Place the cover and turn the lid making sure it is securely fastened. Turn the IMUSA pressure regulator knob down and to the right to choose the “Pressure” option. In the control panel, click the time/pressure button on to high and keep pressing it until you reach 30. Press start to begin the cooking process.
By the end of cooking time, the appliance will automatically turn off. Let the stew sit for 5 minutes, and carefully turn pressure regulator knob to left and step back allowing the steam to escape. Open and stir.
Add salt and pepper (to taste). Cover and press the warm button until ready to serve
